delivering quality fundamental analysis education while maintaining
fair business practices. We believe transparency builds trust, which is
why we've structured our policy to be straightforward and reasonable.
30-Day Learning Assessment
Period: New subscribers to our fundamental analysis courses have
thirty calendar days from their enrollment date to evaluate our
educational content. During this period, if you find our materials
don't align with your learning objectives or expectations, you may
request a full refund. This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity to
engage with our core curriculum and determine if our teaching approach
suits your learning style.
Refund Eligibility
Requirements: To qualify for a refund, requests must be
submitted within the 30-day window via email to our support team. We
ask that you provide brief feedback about your experience, as this
helps us continuously improve our educational offerings. Refunds apply
to subscription fees only and do not cover any third-party services or
materials you may have purchased separately.
Processing Timeline: Once we
receive your refund request, our team will review and process it within
5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your
original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your
financial institution's processing times. You'll receive email
confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.
Partial Refunds: For annual
subscribers who request refunds after the 30-day period, we calculate
partial refunds based on unused months, minus a reasonable
administrative fee. This policy recognizes that circumstances change
while ensuring sustainability of our educational platform. Monthly
subscribers don't receive prorated refunds after the initial 30-day
period expires.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain
services fall outside our standard refund policy, including one-on-one
consultations that have already been conducted, downloadable resources
you've accessed, and any physical materials shipped to your address.
These exceptions ensure fair compensation for delivered services and
prevent misuse of our educational resources.
Refund requests should include your account email, enrollment date, and
reason for requesting the refund. While detailed explanations aren't
required, your feedback helps us understand how we can better serve
future students. We genuinely want every learner to succeed and find
value in their financial education journey with us.
